WHERE WAS YOUR BRAND, YOUR BUSINESS, BEFORE WORKING WITH PROPR? WHERE IS IT NOW?

Before working with Propr, we needed help to better communicate who we are and what we do. The main goal was to update our brand strategy to attract more of the right clients. Propr redesigned our website so it represents our brand and clearly communicates our capabilities. More importantly, it shows why we do what we do, and it attracts the type of client that we can help the most.

WHAT ARE SOME KEY SUCCESSES YOU EXPERIENCED AFTER WORKING WITH PROPR?

One key metric that immediately improved was the increase in website traffic. Multiple people complimented the website and reached out because they loved the platform so much. 

The project also made me more excited about my company. It’s easier to pitch clients because the website reflects my company, and it’s clear, genuine, and well-presented. This engagement changed a lot for us.

WHAT ARE YOUR KEY TAKEAWAYS FROM THE BRAND CLARITY WORKSHOP?

Propr led an extensive Brand Clarity process to determine our brand values, mission, and audience. Their team designed a whole brand kit, including a logo, business cards, and letterhead. Then, they used that Brand Clarity foundation to create a website that showed who we are and what we do. Their team created wireframes and sketches to start the development.

HOW CAN THE BRANDING WORKSHOP BENEFIT OTHER BUSINESSES?

Trust them and their process. Be authentic. If you do those things, you’re going to come out with results that are valuable to you, your company, and your clients. They listen. Their team took what I gave them and made it into a product. Going through the branding process with them was key to our collaboration and helped them get to know us. It was a complete and seamless collaboration.
