Propr updated ProfitComm’s brand identity to better align with its telecom/IT services and products; then designed a new website to support direct, targeted messaging, and ongoing marketing efforts.

WHERE WAS YOUR BRAND, YOUR BUSINESS, BEFORE WORKING WITH PROPR? WHERE IS IT NOW?

Propr forced me to think differently, which I appreciated. As a result, I can better explain who we are, what we do, and our value proposition. As a result, our company now has a refreshed identity, messaging, and a website that tells our story.

WHAT ARE SOME KEY SUCCESSES YOU EXPERIENCED AFTER WORKING WITH PROPR?

The Brand Clarity Workshop helped us tell our company’s story better. For example, an analogy for what we do came out of the session: we are like coaches with our clients, and I now use the analogy to explain what we do to new leads. In addition, the new website was designed to support our content marketing strategy, and it is much easier to navigate and update.

HOW WAS YOUR EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH PROPR?

I liked that Propr Design was flexible and willing to take on as much or as little as needed. Bobby is ready to work with existing marketing departments or run the entire project for you. They also asked good questions. A couple of times, Bobby gave me homework to help me prepare for the next session and manage time efficiently. The team did an excellent job, and the project was very organized. Each session was done via Zoom due to the current environment. We pulled up the document he’d sent ahead of time and went over it together. 

Bob encouraged me to share the deliverables with my content person to enhance consistency across the board. They use a systematic and thorough approach, proven to work.

Branding Workshop Takeaways

WHAT ARE YOUR KEY TAKEAWAYS FROM THE BRAND WORKSHOP?

The team gets business owners to think differently. Propr Design did a branding workshop with a one-on-one engagement of five sessions, each 60-90 minutes in length. I received the focus ahead of time, and we went through collaborative exercises in the session. 

After each session, they gave me a deliverable that I could use if I desired. After looking at our existing logos, website, and marketing materials, the team then helped us define our core values, solve pain points, and see the discount on different levels.

They also helped us tailor the company message accordingly. The long-term plan is for how we want to position ourselves post-COVID when everything returns to “normal.”

HOW CAN THE BRANDING WORKSHOP BENEFIT OTHER BUSINESSES?
